Terms of Service

1. An Independent Website

These Terms apply to this website. We created the website, not the $PINK coin. We do not issue or manage the coin and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or acting for its creator or team. References to PINK in these Terms mean the website and its operator; $PINK means the separate coin.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). Coin, charity, and service names identify the activity shown here; they do not imply a partnership.

2. Using the Website

By using the website, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally able to agree. If you do not agree or your use is unlawful, do not use it.

Available features include wallet sign-in, voluntary burns, activity history, Trade Marks, leaderboards, and optional usernames. Features may be limited, paused, changed, or discontinued.

3. Wallets and Burns

A signed login message verifies wallet control. It does not move tokens, authorize a burn, or incur a blockchain fee. Burns require separate approval in your wallet. Review every prompt, amount, network, and fee before approving.

Executed burns are irreversible. We cannot restore burned tokens, reverse transactions, recover your wallet, or refund network fees. We do not hold your funds, private keys, or seed phrases. You are responsible for your wallet and device security and any network or third-party charges. The website does not currently charge a subscription fee.

4. Trade Marks and Rankings

Opening the signed-in wallet page automatically requests scanning of public PINK trade history when available. Checks can continue after logout. This reads blockchain activity; it does not trade or move tokens for you.

One finalized, verified qualifying buy or sell transaction counts as one Mark. Transfers, burns, failed trades, and unsupported or unresolved transactions do not count. Only verified creator fees enter fee totals; an unknown fee is not proof that no fee was paid.

Coverage may be incomplete and updates may be delayed or paused. Totals and rankings can change or be withheld when errors are corrected. USD fee figures are estimates using a recent SOL price. No scan deadline, complete history, or ranking is guaranteed.

Marks and rankings are website statistics. They are not tokens or redeemable balances and create no entitlement to payments, rewards, ownership, governance rights, or other benefits.

5. Coin and Donation Information

We do not provide investment, trading, legal, or tax advice or recommend buying, selling, or burning the coin. We make no promises about its value, liquidity, future features, or its creator's actions.

We do not collect, hold, or distribute charitable donations. Burning tokens does not donate their value to BCRF. Donation-impact figures combine reported information and estimates; they are not donation receipts or confirmation that a charity received funds. Fee totals and burn summaries are separate figures. We do not promise tax deductions. Ask the relevant donation service or charity about payments and receipts.

6. Public Activity and Privacy

Wallet addresses, usernames, burns, aggregate trade and fee totals, rankings, and scan status may be public. Qualifying wallets can appear without a username or separate leaderboard submission. Detailed Mark history requires the matching wallet session, but blockchain activity remains publicly accessible.

Usernames are optional, public, and set once per wallet. They must be available and follow the website's naming rules. Do not use someone else's identity or include sensitive personal information.

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Logging out does not stop scans or delete records. Contact us about privacy requests; we cannot erase public blockchain data.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate others, submit harmful or infringing content, promote fraud or market manipulation, attack or overload the service, or access systems without permission. Do not bypass security or service limits, including through multiple wallets. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, sanctions, and third-party rights.

We may restrict access or hide entries for abuse, security, errors, legal requirements, or service integrity. This does not alter public blockchain records. You may stop using the website at any time.

8. Website Materials and Your Submissions

We claim rights only in website materials we created or are authorized to use. Coin branding and other third-party materials belong to their owners and remain subject to their licenses.

You must have the right to submit a username or other information. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and format or moderate your submissions to operate the website.

9. Availability and External Services

The website is experimental and provided "as is" and "as available." Data may be incomplete or wrong, and features may fail or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, security, or successful transactions. We may change or discontinue features with or without notice.

External wallets, blockchain services, trading and donation sites have their own terms, fees, and privacy practices. We do not control their services or records. Linking to them does not imply endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and error-free operation.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by user-approved transactions, irreversible burns, network or wallet issues, third-party failures, changes in coin value, downtime, bugs, or user mistakes.

If we are found liable for a claim relating to the website, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to us to use it or CAD $100, unless applicable law requires a different amount. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

11. Claims Arising from Your Use

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the website operator, contributors, affiliates, service providers, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use, wallet activity, submissions, or violations of these Terms, the law, or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Updates and Contact

Updated Terms will appear here with a revised date. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept them. These Terms are subject to applicable law and do not limit any mandatory rights or consumer protections that apply to you.
