1. Who We Are

We operate this independent website for PINK burn history, Trade Marks, and leaderboards. We created the website, not the $PINK coin. We do not issue or manage the coin and are not affiliated with its creator or team. We are also not affiliated with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). This policy covers the website only.

2. What We Collect and Why

• Wallet and sign-in information: your public wallet address, wallet provider, signed login messages, and session data to verify wallet control and keep you signed in.
• Public blockchain activity: transaction records, token movements, burn and trade amounts, fees, and dates to verify activity, calculate Marks and rankings, and correct errors.
• Optional username: the name you choose to display alongside your wallet on the website.
• Technical and usage information: connection data such as IP addresses, request and error logs, and scan progress to operate the website, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
• Messages you send us: your email address and message contents to answer questions and handle requests.

We never ask for private keys or seed phrases. Wallet features do not require your real name, email, postal address, or payment card.

3. Trade Marks and Public Information

Opening the wallet page while signed in automatically requests Trade Marks scanning when available. We read public wallet history to identify PINK trades. Checks for new or missed activity can continue after you close the page, disconnect, or log out. Scanning does not move tokens or submit blockchain transactions.

Wallet addresses, usernames, burn history, Mark counts, verified fee totals, rankings, and scan status may be public. Your wallet can appear without a username or separate leaderboard submission. Shortening an address on screen does not make it anonymous.

Detailed Mark history on this website requires sign-in with the matching wallet. The underlying blockchain transactions remain public, may identify you when combined with other information, and cannot be erased by us.

4. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences and wallet activity recovery. Login challenges last about five minutes; sessions last about seven days unless ended earlier. You can log out or clear browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.

5. Sharing and Security

We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for advertising. Hosting, storage, and blockchain service providers process information needed to run the website and verify activity. We may also disclose information where required by law. Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.

We use access controls and security measures to protect information, but no service is completely secure. Wallet providers and external websites handle information under their own policies. We do not collect donations or handle information on behalf of the coin team or BCRF.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep activity and supporting records to provide history, verify totals, correct errors, and prevent abuse. Trade Marks records currently have no automatic deletion or fixed expiry. Other records are kept as needed for the service and legal obligations.

Logging out or clearing browser storage does not delete saved records, remove public rankings, or stop background scans. Retention remains subject to applicable privacy rights and obligations.

7. Your Choices and Requests

You can browse without signing in and choose not to burn tokens or set a username. Usernames are public and cannot be changed through the app once set. There is no self-service deletion or stop-scanning control.

For access, correction, deletion, requests to stop indexing or limit public display, or a privacy complaint, email the website operator at contact@pinkboards.com. We may ask you to verify wallet control, never to share a private key. Depending on applicable law, you may also withdraw consent or complain to a privacy authority. Some records may need to be kept for security or legal reasons; we cannot delete public blockchain data or copies held by others.

8. Children and Policy Updates

This website is for adults. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this policy and will show the revised date on this page.
